Just wanted to give a big thanks to W2F. I had a little issue with my computer, so I called them up and got some advice. That didn’t do the trick, so I brought my PC to their place in Dorking the next week. Alec took care of the problem right away while I hung out. Really top-notch service, so huge shoutout to Dan and Alec!

Awesome Business. I've been using a machine from them for about 5 or 6 years now, and I even got some upgrades done a few years back. They always go above and beyond, and the support is top-notch no matter when you reach out. They might not be a 'small business', but when you stack them against some custom PC builders, they definitely fit that bill. Still, they provide customer service like a big company, and the quality of their work is fantastic. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Wired2Fire put together an awesome, super-fast rig for my flight sim needs. My frames per second jumped from 19 in X Plane 11 on my previous setup to a whopping 100 with this new beast. I'm really happy with both the company and the system.

Big thanks to Dan and the crew for crafting a fantastic 2021 PC for me. Their customer service is top-notch. The quality of the build is superb, featuring a really tidy cabling setup. The computer arrived in double boxes, cushioned with loads of air-filled bags around the cabinet. The GPU was securely held in place with anti-static foam.

This is my second PC from this awesome company; the first one is nearing 10 years and still runs like a champ! This new rig is specifically designed for flight simulation.

A few months back, I bought a Sim X-2020 Wasp and I've been using it daily without any issues. Honestly, it's the finest desktop I've ever owned, and I've owned a fair number. If you ever need to reach out, their support is super quick and really professional. You can trust this company completely; no worries about getting scammed here. Even though the item I wanted was out of stock, Dan was super helpful and really knew his stuff about computers and components. I took the opportunity to snag an RTX3080 graphics card and only had to wait about 3 weeks. The price was solid, and I just ordered a Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant. I’m probably gonna get them to help me build my computer down the line, even if I don’t end up buying all or any parts from them.
